Creative Agency Launches Groundbreaking Indoor Slide to ‘Enhance Synergy’ Measurably, Somehow

AUCKLAND, NZ – In what it's calling a "bold leap across the culture chasm,” local ad agency Crisp & Crescent has unveiled a full-scale stainless-steel indoor slide connecting its Strategy Mezzanine to the Imagination Pit downstairs. The move is being hailed internally as “the most important infrastructure project since the second coffee machine.”

Installed between two non-load-bearing beams and requiring the removal of the junior copywriters' seating area, the slide was pitched as part of an urgent culture initiative following a 42-minute post-lunch brainstorm that reportedly used the word ‘frothy’ seven times. “We wanted a physical embodiment of our workflow,” said Head of People Experience, Murray Cleese. “And also a faster way to get to Friday beers.”

Despite claims that the slide would reduce interdepartmental silos, early testing indicates it currently delivers 100% of participants directly into Paula from Legal’s shoe pile. “It’s not the destination, it’s the velocity of ideation,” said Senior Planner Libby Cho, who suffered a minor elbow abrasion but described the ride as "electrifying, professionally.”

Management says the slide is just the beginning. Future installations will include a ‘Time Tunnel’ lined with successful pitch decks from 2011 and a ‘Content Hammock’ that will allow creatives to ideate horizontally from 11:30 AM to 2 PM daily. Asked whether the investment will contribute to revenue growth, CFO Adrian Muir said, “Absolutely. Morale is up. TikToks are being made. It’s a win-win-win.”
